Position: B.E. Mechanical Engineer (Production / Design / Quality)

Job Summary
Renson International is looking for a motivated B.E. Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, production, and quality of engine valves and automotive components. The candidate will work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure products meet OEM and international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engine valves and automotive components as per customer drawings or samples.

Prepare and review CAD drawings and technical documentation.

Coordinate with production, CNC/VMC machining, forging, and quality teams.

Monitor manufacturing processes and improve productivity and quality.

Conduct inspection, testing, and root-cause analysis of quality issues.

Support new product development and customer-specific projects.

Ensure compliance with OEM specifications and international standards.
Requirements
-
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
-
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automotive components.
-
Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
-
Understanding of CNC machining, GD&T, and engineering drawings.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
-
Experience in automotive or engine component manufacturing.
-
Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, FMEA, PPAP, APQP).

Basic understanding of ERP/MS Excel.
