Material bars are kept under Hydro-electrically upsets Machines and are then transferred to Forging Press to transform into desired Shape and Size.
This Process involves transforming raw valve into High Performance Valves through various Start of the art machining Center, Griding operations along with various Seat and Tip hardness processes.
All the finished products are checked again for dimensional accuracy, defect free and mechanical properties test to ensures smooth Engine operations by delivering Performance Engine Valves.
